Company leader and founder Pearse Mc Grath BSc(Eng) Mechanical is a highly experienced engineer with an exceptional track record working in international markets within diverse environments. A graduate from Trinity College Dublin & Technological University Dublin he has spent the last 20 years involved in all aspects of the recycling industry and has worked in many countries including the US, Canada and the UK. His years of experience in the recycling industry have taught him that innovation plays a key role in the technology required by the mass scale of the industry. With an eye on the future McGrath looks forward to implementing BES strategic development plans which require it to develop and deliver breakthrough designs with machine solutions.
He leads the companies small, highly interactive team. A close knit group of individuals who have deep and broad industry related experiences and successful track records within the engineering fields.
